TRAVELING WITH INFANTS AND CHILDREN
Introducing your child to the magic of flight.
TRAVELING WITH CHILDREN
We recommend bringing small comfort items in carry-on bags, such as snacks, security items such as blankets or stuffed animals, their favorite pillow, small toys, coloring books and crayons, children's books, or small electronic devices.
TRAVELLING WITH INFANTS
We recommend the same comfort items you would bring for children, in addition to a bottle with formula or juice in order to help their inner ear to adjust to the pressurized cabin.
LAP INFANTS
Due to safety and the size of our aircraft, Rocky Mountain Airways does not allow Lap Infants. Infants must be in a car seat for takeoff, any time the fasten seat belt sign is turned on, and landing.
CAR SEATS
Infants are required to be in a car seat during takeoff, any time the fasten seat belt sign is turned on, and during landing.
It is recommended that young children also be secured in a car seat not only in a motor vehicle, but also in an aircraft. For more information, visit the FAA's Flying with Children webpage.
