Having to change or cancel your flight can be frustrating, and missing your flight is even worse. But what do you do if that happens?

CHANGING YOU FLIGHT

Changing your flight is easy. It can be done;

  • Over the Phone

  • Via email

  • In Person

You can change your flight at any time prior to boarding.

MISSING YOUR FLIGHT

Missing your flight can be a hassle. Depending on circumstance, it can be even worse. Rocky Mountain Airways is dedicated to making sure you get to your destination, and we will try to make it as painless as possible.

RESCHEDULING/REBOOKING AFTER CHANGING YOUR FLIGHT

There are no restrictions or fees for rebooking a Domestic Flight.
International Flights require paperwork to be refiled, which will incur a fee of no less than $20. The flight must take place no less than 24 hours after the initial departure time as it takes 24 hours for the paperwork to process.

RESCHEDULING/REBOOKING AFTER A NO-SHOW

No Fee will be incurred if;

  • No-show due to Weather

  • No-show due to Acts of God

  • No-show due to Acts of Government

  • No-show due to other airlines

A Fee of No Less than the Ticket Price will be incurred if​;

  • No-show is due to the passenger's actions (tardiness, being removed from a flight for violation of policy or compromising the safe operations of the aircraft, etc.)
